Refund Policy

We offer a free trial so you can test stream quality and channel availability on your own device before subscribing. We strongly recommend using the trial first, since streaming quality depends on your internet connection.

If you experience a problem we cannot resolve, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. Requests made after this window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are granted when:

• The service does not work and our support team cannot fix it.
• You were charged in error or for a duplicate subscription.

Refunds are not granted for issues caused by your own internet connection, device, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.

Contact our support team at support@iptvstreamx.online with your order details. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may result in your account being suspended.
